The California Wilderness Act of 1984 designated 83 miles of the Tuolumne River, from its headwaters within Yosemite National Park to Don Pedro
Reservoir, as a component of the National Wild and Scenic River System. Fishing, hiking, and whitewater boating are all very popular recreation near
